I primarily use Notion for managing tasks, reminders, and tracking progress across various areas of my life, including work, personal projects, and studies. Its flexibility for setting up templates/tracking systems helps me stay organized and not too overwhelmed. While Notion does well as a task manager (both on Desktop/Mobile), I rely on Obsidian for more focused note-taking. Obsidian’s markdown-based notes are powerful for knowledge management and deeper thinking. It can even be integrated with Git, allowing easy syncing and access to your notes anywhere, except on mobile (if you don’t want to pay for sync). This combination helps me maintain control over my overall workflow, highly recommend it.
